Bush is Spying on All of Us!
(Archive) (Download Time = 3-10 minutes.)
It’s not just Al Quaeda. 224 million Americans have been spied on to date! 2,000,000,000 — that’s 2 trillion phone calls — have been monitored.
Do you have a phone number with AT&T, Verizon, or BellSouth? Then the Government has been spying on you, recording who you called and who called you WITHOUT A WARRANT. In fact, it has now been shown that THE MAJORITY OF AMERICANS HAVE BEEN SPIED ON BY THIS GOVERNMENT. That’s you…and its me.
This is a gross violation of the United States Constitution and hundreds of Federal Laws. But Bush apparently believes he is above the law. And he has been consistently LYING to Americans about it. When asked yesterday, Bush did not deny the spying but could not name a single Constitutional or statutory source for his Big-Brother program.
As I warned on the show often in the past, there is no need to go outside the law to spy on Al Quaeda. But there is a need if you want to create an East-German-like totalitarian, Big-Brother monitoring service to watch over citizens.
The story was broken in none other than USA Today yesterday, and no one in the Administration has denied the truthfulness of the report. But the President vowed to punish those who leaked the report to the press. He did not feel the need, of course, to brief Congress about his actions. But the man he is promoting to be head of the CIA — Michael Hayden — developed the program.
If there was ever a time to filibuster a Presidential nominee, the time is now. Hayden should be PROSECUTED for violation of American laws against criminal eavesdropping: he should not be placed as head of the CIA where all of us would be at his mercy.
Who is a greater threat to American freedom and way of life: Al Quaeda? or George W. Bush?
Al Quaeda only killed 3000 Americans. Tragic to be sure. But Bush, and the Republicans who enable him in Congress, has spied on YOU and 224 million others. Did you call your mother today? Did you call an alocholic-abuse hotline? Did you call a liberal radio show? The Administration knows. They’ve been watching you. Heck, I doubt the Soviet Union its prime achieved this level of spying on its own citizens.
Under the law, the penalty is capped at $130,000 a day or $1,325,000 per violation. As there have been 224 million violations, the FCC could legally assess a financial criminal fine of $296,800,000,000,000 or almost 300 trillion dollars — more than 30 times the national debt. The level of crime here is monstrous.
(I’m proud to say that the toll-free numbers I use for my show are not part of AT&T, BellSouth, or Verizon. Maybe the only way we can stop the President is to leave these companies in massive numbers. On the other hand, I believe the companies I use rent their numbers from Verizon so the radio show calls may have been spied on as well.)

Would you take $46.00? I’ll have $46 from the tax cut soon.
You can go ahead and send the boxers. I am good for it. After all I am living in one of the red states that still give our President a near 50% job rating. That alone should tell you I am a God fearing, ethical, Family Values, Republican Party line, Type of trust worthy fellow that is “good for the Money”. I would never cheat on a bribe or allow a lobbyist to cheat me out of what I deserve for selling out those sheep I represent. So what do you say, is my credit good? Pehaps I can talk to the Republican leadership and get some hookers for you or maybe some PAC money for your kid to run for a republican office. Does your back itch? Need some scratching?
Hey, You think if GW sends the Nat’l Guard to the border that he will pull them after the November elections? Will it be that when “the Border Patrol stands up, We will stand down”?
